Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need an account with RonayneSchools to place an order. You can register for an account here or email us at sales@ronayne.ie and we will set one up for you. This website account will be linked to your school’s existing credit account with Ronayne’s.

I don’t have an existing credit account with Ronayne’s, how do I create one?

You can email us directly at sales@ronayne.ie and we will begin the account creation process with you.

I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can use this link to request a new one.

What types of school supplies do you offer?

We offer construction studies consumables for Secondary Schools.

Can I request a product that isn’t listed on the website?

If there are any items you want quoted for that you can’t find on the website, you can add them into the Order Notes section when placing your order/quote or alternatively you can email us at sales@ronayne.ie.

Why are some items Quote Only?

Large, bulky items and liquids are Quote Only as these have to be dispatched via our own transport service and the delivery cost and time will vary dependent on your location.

What happens if I order an Out Of Stock item?

We will order it from the supplier or offer an alternative item.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 5–10 working days except for cases where items are not in stock at the time of ordering and must be ordered from a supplier first.
